Enables IT move officesDue to our continued expansion we have moved to larger premises, however we remain on the Bookham Industrial Park. Now with more space we are able to offer clients an improved support function with our new Pre-Stage Lab area and improved Helpdesk facility.

Enables IT successfully adds IT Support Services to ISO Certification
With the continual development of IT support services at Enables IT, we are always improving the processes and procedures in place to ensure the highest level of reliability and customer satisfaction. Therefore with the ISO recertification for our existing Network Infrastructure Service we decided to add the IT Support Services to offer clients the same high quality standards across all our services. Following a thorough audit we were successful in acheiving the ISO certification in both network and support management. Our Management System certification is now applicable to:-

Designers and Engineers gain Siemon AccreditationWe are please to announce that Peter Easton, John Cairncross and Dominic Ross have successfully completed the required training and been officially accredited by Siemon as Siemon Cabling System Certified Designer and Installers.

We are currently refocusing our corporate identity to emphasise the solutions we offer as a network and IT solutions company which include network hardware, cabling systems and Microsoft solutions including installation and ongoing support.
As well as getting a new company name, we also have brand new telephone and fax numbers as well as e-mail address. Our postal address, company registration number and VAT number will all remain the same.

New Operations Director AppointedAndrew Watson joined us on 1st August as our new Operations Manager (Director Designate).
He has more than 20 years experience providing network and IT solutions for organisations such as HFC Bank, Powergen and the Surrey Police Authority. Previously Operations Manager for Press4Support Ltd, he restructured and reorganised engineering and the helpdesk and maximized profitability. He has extensive knowledge in project role outs, on-site and remote support for client networks.
Outside work, Andrew enjoys watersports, namely powerboating and sailing, alongside walking, cycling and family life.
